Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5266666 ~ 15800000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per standard Tender Document (STD);
(I) The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3(Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system.
(II) The Minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) Contract Successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least tk. 45,50,000/- (Forty Five Lac Fifty Thousand Only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System. [The tendered will submit copy of contract deeds along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(III) The minimum amount of of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is (From PG3-8) Tk. 53,58,000/- (Fifty Three Lac Fifty Eight Thousand only). [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with e-TIN Certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal (Mota)] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
