Brief Description of Package: Supply of Unnotamaner Mashur Dal Saru to Cox's Bazar District Jail for the period of October' 2024 to March' 2025

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2. Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded.
(a) The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system.
(b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 6,56,000/-.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(c) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk.7,43,000/- issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system. [Form PG2-5];
(d) The tenderer must submit e-TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(f) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(g) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(i) Sample 200 gm Unnatamaner Mashur Dal (Saru) must be submitted to in 03 (Three)
containers to the Cox’s Bazar District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(j) All others terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.
(k) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
