Up-to-date 2024-25 Trade License, TIN, e-BIN Certificate; & NID.
Last 3 years Litigation History.
Last 3 years Audit Report.
Written Signature Authorization.
B. Special Instruction:
Goods should be supplied as per samples kept in RMCH Kitchen Store.
Supply of good quality & fresh Fish should be ensured.
As per PE's decision one day of Rohu Fish and one day of Catla Fish should be provided.
.All items must be Approved/Accepted by the committee.
The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
