B. Special Instruction:

Goods should be supplied as per samples kept in RMCH Kitchen Store.

The same type of vegetables cannot be given every day.

Seasonal vegetables should be given more.

Supply of good quality & fresh vegetables should be ensured.

All items must be Approved/Accepted by the committee.

The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
