Liquid assets i.e credit line(s) (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 120.00 Lac.
Up-to-date 2024-25 Trade License, TIN, e-BIN Certificate; & NID.
Written Signature Authorization.
Last 3 years Litigation History.
Last 3 years Audit Report.

Brochures (if applicable).

Manufacturer authorization letter (if applicable).

B. Special Instruction:
Goods should be supplied as per samples kept in RMCH Central Store.
Expiry date of supplied products shall minimum 02(two) years.
The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
