Brief Description of Package: Supply of Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) Powder at 110 MLD Surface Water Treatment Plant of Khulna WASA for Financial Year 2024-25.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 19000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6333333 ~ 19000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) years.
2. Specific supply of Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) Powder or similar materials under one single contract will be a minimum of 75,000 kg over a period of last 7 (Seven) years.
3. Satisfactory completion of a similar supply of Material of at least BDT 50 (Fifty) lakh under one single contract over a period of the last 7 (Seven) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 50 (Fifty) lakh.
5. Chemical carrying licence of the supplier and original factory test report of Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) Powder must be attached.
6. The Tenderer must submit 500 gm Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) powder as a sample according to the tender specification within 08 September, 2024 at 5:00 pm to Khulna WASA head office. The sample will be tested according to the tender specification in KUET/BUET laboratory and the test fee will be paid by the bidder.
7. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate & Nationality certificate must be attached.
8. The supplier should supply the total quantity of Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) Powder within several installments according to the requirements of Khulna WASA and after each supply the Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) powder will be tested according to the tender specification in KUET/BUET laboratory and the test fee will be paid by the supplier. The bill payment will be made in two or three parts.
Failure to submit any one document /sample mentioned above will cause Rejection or Non- Responsive for the Tender.
