Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 75000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25000000 ~ 75000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a)General experience:- Reputed contractors/ construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP.
(b)Specific experience:-Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC building Construction works to in a single contract of amount 200.00(Two Hundred ) Lac during last 05(five) years in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under DPE, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c)Minimum average annual construction turn over:-The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of 200.00(Two Hundred ) during last 5(five) years. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d)Tender capacity:-The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 225.00 (Two Hundred Twenty Five) Lac.
(e)Liquid asset requirement:-The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be 50.00(Fifty) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
(f)All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
