Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 38333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 115000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 38333333 ~ 115000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of RCC construction works worth not less than Tk. 310.00 (Three Hundred and Ten) Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 1000.00 (One Thousand) Lakh. Payment certificate will be counted only. In case of JV business share must be mentioned in certificate otherwise the certificate will be rejected.
(D) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) ie. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh only. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7) (original copy only) against the name of the work, without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than the day of publication of Tender in the eGP system.
(E) The minimum amount of tender capacity shall be Tk. 360.00 (Three Hundred and Sixty) Lakh as per formula stated in TDS. (F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
(H) Having construction materials and equipment to commence the work in due time.
(I) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
