Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) calendar years.
b) The minimum specific experience as manufacturers in production and supply / Suppliers in Supply of similar goods of Minimum 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) calendar years each with a contract value of at least BDT 50.00 (Fifty) Lac along with Performance Certificate of those satisfactorily completed supply within last 05 (Five) calendar years from the date of tender notice from Govt. electricity utility.
c) The minimum Supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are: At least 1/3rd of the tendered quantity per month.
The Satisfactory Performance certificate should be in End User's letterhead Pad and shall contain end-user's full mailing address/ e-mail address, website address/fax and phone no for convenience of authentication. Tenderer must Upload the Scan copy of original Performance certificate. If any tenderer uploads photo copy of Performance certificate for this tender that copy shall not consider.
FAC is not Accepted as a Performance certificate.
If any tenderer is unable to fulfill the above listed criteria, will be non-responsive for this tender.
N.B: Similar goods means sub-marine/ underground power cables of 11KV or higher voltage level.
