Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (05) years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last four (04) years with a value of at least Tk.45 Lac.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50 Lac.
4. Bidder updated Trade License, VAT & BIN Clearance Certificate, TIN and last income tax Certificate of the last assessment year.
5. Joint venture is not allowed.
6. Copy of Valid Driver’s driving Licence with Proof documents of driving experience of more than 05 years for each driver and drivers Bio-data.
7. From the next month of the service, the tenderer will have to submit 03 copies bill to the Deputy Director, Storm Warning Centre; Dhaka. The payment will be made in Bangladeshi Taka through govt.
Cheque of CAO, Ministry of Defence in favour of tenderer. Necessary taxes and VAT will be deducted from the bill according to published govt. Rules.
8.The tenderer shall offer the price of 03(three) AC microbus and 02 (two) Non AC Minibus based on “rent of each per month” for the duration from start date of service to 30 June 2025
