Brief Description of Package: Yearly servicing, maintenance, operation and other repair works of 2 nos 8 stop Bed Lift at 250 Bed General Hospital, Barguna.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. (a) Reputed contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience of lift. (b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completing of similar nature works amounting minimum of Taka 8.50 lakh of Government/Semi Government in a single tender during the last 03 (three) years. The above experiences/work certificate for successful completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by: (i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, (ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be Executive Engineer PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done. (d) Tenderer must submit site visit certificate by the authorize officer.
3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 8.50 lakh over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 lakh.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 10.00 lakh.
6. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: i) Valid Trade License, ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate, iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7. Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Turnover.
8. Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
