* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 26666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 80000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Only Manufacturer/Genuine Importer/Sole Agent/Suppliers who have minimum 05 (five) years of Manufacturing/Supply experience of similar goods (Solar Pump Based Solar Home System).
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Pump set with accessories) of minimum 2,35,00,000.00 (Two Crore thirty-five lac) BDT under a single contract in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum specific experience as Manufacturer/Supplier in supplying of similar Goods in any government/ semi government/autonomous body/organization under a three number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years.
Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is taka 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.
Manufacturer/Bidder should have ISO Certificates (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Certificate) with current validity in favor of manufacturers of goods.
The bidder must submit a sample of one set of solar pump-motor, MPPT motor controller, a PV single panel and a Lithium Iron phosphate (LiFePO4) rechargeable Solar battery to the Office of the Project Director, Sech Bhaban, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka. The receipt copy of sample submission and factory test report must be submitted in e-GP system.

The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
