Eligibility criteria:
I. Manufacturer’s Authorization to be submitted.
ii. Trade license Valid for 2023-2024
iii. In case of Limited company, the certificate of Incorporation.
iv. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2022-2023 (Including TIN No.)
v. Bank Solvency Certificate in original clearly specifying that the tenderer has capability to supply the tendered goods on a date within selling bid document & dropping date.
vi. VAT Registration certificate.
vii. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services (Company formation documents indicating date of formation or documents of starting the business for the evidence to be submitted).
viii. Appropriate document (Experience Certificate stating amount, work order) regarding two years specific experience in Supply of similar items.
ix. Appropriate document of minimum supply value of goods under a single contract in the last three years is Tk. 10 (Ten) Lac (Attach Experience Certificate & Work order).
x. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Minimum Tk. 10 (Ten) Lac (Attach supporting document/Audit report).
xi. Company Profile including permanent and local address of the bid signing authority.
xii. Affidavit of ownership of the firm; (Physical inspection if necessary)
xiii. The tenderer must be submitted manufacturer authorization letter (for distributor)/ distributor authorization letter (for supplier).
xiv. The office Address and the Present Telephone No(s). of the officer who will attest the Photocopies of the documents on the letterhead of the tenderer
