Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
01. (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electrical construction works shall be Three (03) years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works at least Tk. 16,00,000.00 (Taka Sixteen Lac) only under a single contract over the last Five (05) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned companies year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. No partial/subcontractor work experience will be considered. Such evidence shall be in end user's respective letter head paper indicating address, website and e-mail address of the user and shall include name of the project, name of the employers, description of the work, commissioning date and contract amount.
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than at least Tk. 14,00,000.00 (Taka Fourteen Lac) only over the last three (03) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Taka Seven Lac) only which shall be supported by Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit (Form ePW2a-3).
04. All other Terms & conditions will be in the Tender document.
Note :01. Tenderer who will be quoted rate less then 10% or above 10% of the official cost estimate must be rejected as per PPA Amendment gadget 2016
