Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
* Since this is an LTM Works procurement tender, official cost estimate must be less than 3 crore Taka.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Only BREB Enlisted Contractors of the categories Line Construction are eligible (Proper documentary evidence should be provided).
2) Tenderer (LC, PLC contractors) are eligible to participate the tender following e-PW2(b) TDS (ITT Clause 4.2).
3) Tenderer (LC, PLC contractors) shall submit with declaration of the incomplete & complete work information on the letterhead Pad of the firm as per following e-PW2(b) TDS (ITT Clause 15 (i).
4) The Contractors are not eligible who are enlisted in same PBS.
NB: BREB Enlisted LC Contractors who have more than 300km incomplete lines and PLC Contractors who have more than 100km incomplete lines against all contracts of BREB are not eligible.
