Brief Description of Package: Refurbishment of PIU-DEIEDP-BHTPA Office (Renovation, repair and interior works in the new project office including HVAC). The works include interior decoration, interior works, electrical works, HVAC, office desks, supply, fitting and fixing and other associated works as per design, drawing and specification.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 33000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Interior construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 7 (Seven) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Interior decoration works/interior works of buildings of at least two (2) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lac.
3. Average Construction Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60.00 (sixty) lac over the last three (3) years.
4. Financial Criteria: Financial The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 (sixty) lac.
5. The Key Personnel required: At least 1 (One) Graduate Engineer of 3 years’ experience or one Diploma Engineer of 5 years’ experience.
