Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9166666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS & ITT
1. Similar nature of goods (Supply of LED lamp & spare ) of TK. 80.00 Lac in the last 3 years in a single work order from any government, semi-government, autonomous body, Corporation, Bank and Bima Company.
2. ISO 9001:2015 & 14001-2015 must be submitted with the tender.
3. Average annual turnover TK. 85.00 Lac over last 3 years.
4. KCC monogram must be embossed on the LED lamp.
5. After received the work order full lamp must be Supply Within 15 days.
6. Liquid assets or working capital TK : 90,00,000.00 In case of Credit facilities, the certificate will be valid 30 days from the date of issue.
7. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
8. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard
9. Security period will be deducted 01 (One) Year After Completion the whole work.
10. The Contractor have to supply (for item no 1 &2) 5% lamps as an extra for security purpose. If the damaged quantity within the Security period does not exceed the extra amount; no additional QNTY will be demand in the time of security release.
11. All materials will have to delivered at a time. After supplying the lamps, One lamp from item no 1 and One lamp from item no 2 will be send to KUET for Technical Specifications; Contractor will pay the Cost for Test. Lamps with Satisfactory test report will be accepted otherwise all supplied lamps should be Rejected.
12. The Tender security will be in favor of Mayor, Khulna City Corporation.
13. Manufacturer Authorization Letter is required with the tender document.
