Brief Description of Package: Supply, fitting, fixing and installation of a lift including civil and electrical works at Veterinary, Animal and Bio-Medical Sciences Building-2 of SAU.

Tender Security: 180000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6000000 ~ 18000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Renovation, construction and Supply, fitting, fixing and installation of Lift.
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lac for Package-Lift-01/24 in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 90.00 (Ninety) lac for Package- Lift-01/24. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system and must be authenticated by NBR.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lac for Package- Lift-01/24 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Up to date ABC license
(v) Bank Solvency Certificate.
(vi) Must have distributorship license.
(vii) Valid IRC license or authorized letter from original IRC license holder company.
(viii) Imported lift and accessories will be visited by PE or a Team. All visiting cost will be incurred by the responsible respective bidder.
