Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed contractors/ construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion/ execution of at least 1 (One) number of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 30 (Thirty) lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within last 5 (Five) years.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Thirty (30) lac over the last five (5) years.
D) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk twenty eight (28) lac only supported by bank certificate which should be counted 30 days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) The minimum capacity shall be TK Thirty Four (34) lac.
F) Up-to dated Trade license, Income tax clearance and VAT resistration certificate (Containing 13 digit number as per NBR specification).
G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. In case of tie for the lowest evalueted price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the past performance evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects.
