* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
The tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience.
The Tenderer shall have successful completion experience of at least one supply or installation of video conferencing system in a single contract amounting not less BDT7.00 Lac during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies/private sector. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
The required minimum liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be BDT 10.00 Lac are in prescribed format.
Black listed/Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc. to be submitted with tender.
Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of bidding documents must be fulfilled.
All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act 2006 and its amendments.
