* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1100000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3300000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
1. Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of Lift Maintenance and Operation works.
2. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar work amounting to TK. 8.00 [Eight] Lac last 5(five) years in a Single Contract in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3. The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover shall be TK 12.00 [Twelve] Lakh during the last 5 (Five) Years.
4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets i.e Credit Line(s) shall be TK. 4.00 [Four] Lac in the form of pw2a-3 format.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 9.00 [Nine] Lac Only.
6) Manufacturer authorization letter should be enclosed.
7) Minimum 20 nos lift service experience certificate should be enclosed.
8) The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 years experience for Operation and Maintenace of the Lift.
9) Certificate from the authorised dealer/supplier of Movi Brand lift in BD for ensuring availability of the spare parts of the lift for the next 01 year shall be submitted with the tender.
10) Up to date Valid Trade License.
11) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
12) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
13) Up to date Valid ABC License & ABC Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licesing Board.
