* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৫,৫০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/ any Interior works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be ten (10) years.
2) Tenderer will ensure that there was no debarment record within ten (10) years.
3) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 1.5 Crore of single contract of Similar works (Civil work, Interior, Furniture and Electrification works) and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
a. In case of the work done under PWD, Certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned minimum Executive Engineer, (b) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank or Executive Engineer.
4) The Tenderer must provide company profile and CV of all Technical personnel.
5) The Tenderer must have ABC Category and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board.
6) The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 1.5 Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
7) Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (coloured) of original documents.
8) Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
9) Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & other part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
