প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All e-gp registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided they have the following qualifications as well as other qualifications mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of similar works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average Annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum Liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up- to-date Trade license.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7).
8. Site visit report which authenticated by Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD division must be included.
