* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderer  must have minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in operation and maintenance of  E/M works.
2. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor, subcontractor or management contractor of at least 1(one) Lift servicing, operation and maintenance works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lac in a single contract under public sector of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the  e-PW2A-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 2.00 (Two) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk.4.50 (Four Point Five Zero) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT & TIN registration certificate, up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate, up-to-date trade license and up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license.
7.Minimum 2 Years of Spare Parts Supplying Assurance Certificate Issued by the Manufacturer of KONE Lift.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
