প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of similar nature of goods (Sub-station, Generator, Fire Detection & Protection etc.) in at least one (01) contract of value not less than Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) lac or in two (02) contracts having a combined contract value of not less than Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) lac under public sector/private organization within last 05 (Five) years from the date of IFT.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be Taka 435.00 (Four Hundred & Thirty Five) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued in between IFT publication date and opening date.
4. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (e-PG3-6) shall be submitted.
5. Sole Agent/Distributorship Certificate from Manufacturer shall be submitted.
6. Assurance certificate for supplying of spare parts for minimum 05 (Five) years from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor.
7. Assurance certificate for after sales service from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor.
8. Valid up to date IRC (Import Registration Certificate).
9. Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License.
10. The intending Tenderer must enclose up-to-date valid VAT & TIN Registration Certificate, up-to-date valid Trade License & up-to-date valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender documents must be
fulfilled.
