প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lakh. in any Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.( Completion certificate must be submitted).
c.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 330.00 (Three Hundred Thirty) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years.
d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Lakh.
e. Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2023-2024), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit).
f. The must have ABC Category Electrical License & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Govt.of Bangladesh.
g. Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC
Note: According to The Prime Minister's office Memo: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259 Dated: 03.10.2019. & CPTU office letter Memo-21.00.0000.363.27.114(2).19.003 Dated: 12.01.2023.The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified/eligible tenderer for this tender notice.
