* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Similar Goods and related services as Supplier shall be (05) Five years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.]
2.The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of at least in 01(One) Contract successfuly completed in a single work order within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least TK 63.000 Lakh in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Private organization of Bangladesh.
3. The bidder shall have one year's experience of maintenance of minimum 20 nos of lift and a detailed list of that experience shall be certified in a prescribed form and attested by the concerned Executive Engineer of EED.
4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the Tenderers shall be Tk 60.00 (Sixty) Lakh. Credit line will be accepted in the form (PG3-8), certificate containing multiple Tender ID will be not acceptable and no bank statement will be entertained.
5. The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing qualification informations and evidences for different aspects.
6. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
7. Others Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC & Section No.6 of this tender.
