প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh of at least (01) one contract(s) of similar nature Building Construction successfully completed within the last (05) Five years, each with a value of at least Tk. 315.00 Lakh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 596.00 Lakh over the last (05) five financial years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. [Only Construction work Payment Certificate will be preferrable for turnover calculation].
d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 100.00 Lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (Form e-PW3D-8).
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 315.00 Lakh (Copy of all relevent Documents must be submitted in support of fulfilling this requirements).
f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
N.B. In the tender process and during project implementation, the contractor responsible for executing the construction works must mandatorily comply with the Development Partner’s Negotiation Terms in accordance with ITT Clause 55 of the Tender Document.
