This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works in electro-mechanical sector for at least 01(One) contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh with in last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk 95,000,00.00(Tk Ninety Five Lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 100,000,00.00 (Tk One Hundred and Ten lakh). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(d) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.
(e) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
(f) All other Conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of tender documents must be full filled.
