* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has-
a) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024-25)
Obtained from NBR.
d) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years
e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply & installation of Pump Motor system, CCTV system, Solar Power system, conference system and compound lighting system in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk 220.00 (Two hundred twenty) Lac in any government/semi government/ autonomous/private organization within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT.
f) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Pump Motor set of the manufacturer of proposed brand shall be 1200 per year, CCTV camera of manufacturer of proposed brand shall be 12000 per year , Solar PV system of the manufacturer of proposed brand of 1000KW per year over the last 5 (five) years
g) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 280.00 (two hundred Eighty) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
h) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license(FY 2025-26) obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board
i) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the section 6, ITT, GCC,TDS & Tender documents.
