This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub
Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 03 years.
b. Having specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1(one) number of supplying manpower of Tk 9.00 (Nine) lac in a single contract in
Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 (three) years.
c. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 5.50 lac during last 3 (three) years.
d. Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 2.50 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form e PW3-8) in Original form which must be unconditional
e. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
f. Tenderers shall have registration and updated licence under section 7 of Bangladesh labour Rules 2015. (Updated License/Registration Document as
manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).
g. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the prevailing provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
