কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the supply of furniture as Supplier shall be One (1) year.
b. The minimum Specific Experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least 1 (One) contract successfully complete within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 4.50 Lakh. (N.B: Copy of work order & completion certificate must be submitted to support of fulfiling the requiremen). any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
c. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 Lakh. (in the Form PG2-5) in original form.
d. Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2023-2024).
e. Income Tax clearance (2022-2023) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit).
f. If any mistake/ omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2008 & its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
g. Satisfying other criterion laid down in the Tender date sheet of Tender documents.
h. Rate Analysis Sheet must be submitted & Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.
According to The Prime Minister's office Memo: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259 Dated: 03.10.2019. & CPTU office letter Memo-21.00.0000.363.27.114(2).19.003 Dated: 12.01.2023.The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified/eligible tenderer for this tender notice.
