* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer shall have valid trade license, TIN certificate, VAT certificate and updated Income Tax Certificate/Tax Receipt.
(b) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(c)satisfactory completion of supply of Similar goods and Spares or Consumables in Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous Power Plants/ organization amounting not less than BDT 40 (Forty) Lakh under maximum 3 (Three) contracts in the last 02 (Two) years which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser dully signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System] and amounting less than BDT 10 (Ten) Lakh under a single contract shall not be considered.
(d) The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 45 (Forty Five) Lakh amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.
[1. Tenderer shall submit only those supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender.
2. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender. (The document PG3 can be downloaded from the CPTU website https://cptu.gov.bd/standard-documents/standard-tender-document.html or can be collected from the PE’s office)]. Other than credit facility, Procuring entity name and tender name/ID to be included at the financial document.
