* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in supply Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of the supply of similar goods or spare parts to any Power plant or any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organization of a minimum of BDT 50,00,000.00 (Taka fifty lakh only) under a maximum of 02 (two) contracts [each with a minimum value of BDT 10,00,000.00 (Taka ten lakh only)] within the last 02 (two) years, which shall be supported by the End-User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply. [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System].
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any recognized financial institute is BDT 60,00,000.00 (Taka sixty lakh only).
Note:
1. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted.
2. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID.
