* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment Chemicals or and related services in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous/ Private Power Plants/any other organizations amounting not less than BDT 50,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty Lakh Only) in previous 36 Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment Chemicals and related services amounting less than BDT 15,00,000.00 (Taka Fifteen Lac Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation].
2. The Tenderer shall have to comply the guidelines of ISO and DoE (Department of Environment) if awarded the contract. During tender submission a declaration shall have to be submitted to Procuring Entity regarding the matter.
3. The tenderer shall have valid Trade License. The scanned copy MUST be submitted along with the tender bid.
4. The tenderer shall have to take back the chemical container/bag/drum and reuse/recycle/dispose them as per DoE guideline after the Chemical is used. Likewise, the quoted price should be devoid of the price of chemical container/bag/drum. During tender submission a declaration shall have to be submitted to Procuring Entity regarding the matter.
