* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization Letter from Dealer/ Trading House will not be accepted.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of three-phase submersible pump-motor set of minimum Tk.4.60Crore under minimum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. The tenderer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) certificate in case of the tenderer is an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The manufacturer must be CE Certified.
7. The tenderer shall submit samples of each item (i.e., pump-motor with feeder cable, complete starter set, MCCB, 10 KVAR Oil Type Capacitor Bank, winding wire of each category) with sample import documents and manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer and factory test report must be uploaded with the tender.
8. Recommendation letter for winding wire from the pump-motor manufacturer, declaring that they are using this specific wire for their motor.
9. Tenderer shall have Valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration and IRC certificate.
