* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The bidder must be a manufacturer or the authorized sole Bangladeshi representative of a foreign manufacturer.Authorization letter from any dealer/trading house will not be accepted.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of three-phase submersible pump-motor sets and submersible motor winding wires of minimum Tk.6.0 Crore under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
If the bidder has experience in supplying three-phase submersible pump-motor sets and winding wires separately, then the supply price of three-phase submersible pump-motor sets in a single contract must be at least Tk. 4.50 crore and the price of submersible motor winding wires in a single contract must be at least Tk. 1.50 crore in the last 05 (five) years.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer (or equivalent) & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
5. The tenderer shall submit samples of each item (as per Annexure-B, 3.1.1) along with the sample import documents and manufacturer/factory test report to Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi.The receipt of sample submission with the manufacturer and factory test report shall be uploaded along with the tender.
6. Recommendation letter for winding wire from the pump-motor manufacturer, declaring that they are using this specific wire in their motor. Other information’s mentioned at TDS,PCC, Technical Specifications and Special terms & conditions of the tender document.
