* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or an authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in supply of related goods & services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Flat Flexible Submersible Cable of minimum Tk. 1.10 Crore under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer(or equivalent) & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. For local manufacturer, the manufacturer must have updated industrial license & environmental clearance certificate. For foreign manufacturer, the manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit a minimum 03 (three) meter sample of 3X6 mm2 Flat Flexible Submersible Cable sample along with manufacturer/factory test report to Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi.The receipt of sample submission along with manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded with the tender. Proposals submitted without this sample will be disqualified from the evaluation process.
7. Tenderer shall have valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate.
8. All other information and conditions detailed in the mentioned at TDS, PCC, Technical Specifications and Special terms & conditions of the tender document must be adhered to.
