প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and complexity of work completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 35, 00,000.00 (Tk Thirty Five lakh).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40,00,000.00 (Tk Forty Lakh) over the best 3 years in the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20,00,000.00 (Tk Twenty Lakh). Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40,00,000.00 (Tk Forty Lakh)
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate, Valid VAT documents, and Up-to-date ABC/BC license and Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh along with the tender.
(g) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderer are given in TDS & PCC
