প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all Certificates/Documents for proving the informations.
1. General experience of not less than 05 (five) Years.
2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (Five) years: Successfully completion of Building works/Earth Works (similar work) amounting of Taka at least Tk 11 (Eleven) Lakh in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5(Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 7.50 (Seven Point Five Zero) Lakh (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30 (Thirty) Lac over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
5. The tenderer must also have current year (up date) Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
6. All others as stated in the tender documents.
