* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all Certificates/Documents for proving the informations.
1. General experience of not less than 5 (Five) Years.
2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (Five) years :
Successfully completion of Similar works (Repair Works/Building Construction Works) amounting of Taka at least 1.15 (One Point One Five) Crore in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5(Five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2 (Two) Crore over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 80 (Eighty) Lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1.40 (One Point Four Zero) Crore.
6. The tenderer must also have current year (up date) Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
7. All others as stated in the tender documents
8. Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor of this University.
9. Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tender.
10. Abnormal excess or less rate quoting of any or more items and/or total quoted amount may be required analysis for justifing the rates or quoted amount (all items) (analysis of the items referance with PWD schedule of rates to be followed PWD standard analysis form.)
