কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. General experience of not less than 5 (Five) Years.
2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (Five) years :
Successfully completion of Similar works (Construction Works) amounting of Taka at least 18.00 (Eighteen point zero zero) lac in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5(Five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 (Fifteen point zero zero) lac over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen point zero zero) Lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 21.00 (Twenty one point zero zero) Lac.
6. The tenderer must also have current year (up date) Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
7.The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past 1 (one) years.
8. All others as stated in the tender documents
9. Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor of this University.
10. Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tender.
11. Abnormal excess or less rate quoting of any or more items and/or total quoted amount may be required analysis for justifying the rates or quoted amount (all items or asking items) (analysis of the items to be followed PWD standard analysis form.)
