প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) Similar work must consist Interior design work of minimum Tk. 5.00 (Five) lac.
D) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh.
E) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.
F) Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
G) Up-to date ABC license and Supervisory license.
