* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Electro-Mechanical works shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying and installation of Similar nature of electrical goods (CCTV system, Compound and Security light, PABX, Conference system, Multimedia system etc.) and related service of 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac in Govt. / Semi-Govt. / Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)
3. The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of 325.00 (Three Hundred and Twenty Five) Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. (PG3-8 form attached in section-6). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
4. Marked Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
5. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from manufacturer must be submitted.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License and Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7. Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
8. PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 shall be followed.
