* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Management contractor at least 1(one) number of similar nature of construction works including civil, sanitary and internal electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1300.00 (One Thousand and Three Hundred) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2400.00 (Two Thousand and Four Hundred) Lac during best five (5) years in the last ten (10) financial years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. In JV works, JV share must be declared, otherwise the certificate will be rejected and tenderer treated as non-responsive.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW3-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 1000.00 (Ten Hundred) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have 1500.00(One Thousand and Five Hundred) lac.
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license and up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license.
7. PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 will be followed in this Tender.
8. Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
