* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must have minimum 3 (Three) years Experience in the supply of water treatment related chemicals, WTP EDI Cell and Accessories and Related service..
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment chemicals, WTP EDI Cell and Accessories and Related service in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private amounting not less than BDT 1,40,00000.00 (Taka One Crore Forty Lakh Only) in the last 36 (Thirty Six) Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of different water treatment Filters, Plants equipment and EDI Cell amounting less than BDT 45,00,000.00 (Taka Forty-five Lac) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation].
3. The Tenderer shall have to return the wasted and replaced EDI Cells and accessories after the contracted EDI Cells are being installed and shall have to recycle or dispose off the wasted and replaced EDI Cells as per the applicable guidelines of ISO and DoE (Department of Environment) if awarded the contract.
