প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant business. (Tenderer will ensure that there is no black listed record within ten years).
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 1 (One) number supply contract of similar Good and related services within last 3 (Three) years, amounting a value of at least Tk. 30 Lakh contract in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization/ UGC Approved University. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The tenderer shall be certified partner/ distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
• The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the mentioned project.
• The tenderer shall be technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet.
• Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents
• The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 30 Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
• Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
• Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
