* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Pumps, Spares and Related Services in Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants amounting not less than BDT 40(Forty ) Lakh under maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 2 (Two) years and amounting less than BDT 15 (Fifteen Lakh) under a single contract shall not be considered.
(c)The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 45 (Forty Five) Lakh amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.
[1. Tenderer shall submit only those supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender.
2. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender.
