* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of general experience of Construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) no. contract of Similar nature RCC Road works with a value of amounting of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty Lac) & Completely successfully completed within the last 05 years under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50.00 Lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 25.00 Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 25.00 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (Attached in section-7). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted along with the Tender.
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and up-to-date Trade license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
