* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk. 110.00 (One Hundred Ten) Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred Lac ) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/creditline of the tenderer shall be Tk. 55.00 (Fifty Five) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work as Line of Credit only, counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, TIN & Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) Up-to date ABC/BC Category of Contractory and Supervisory License.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(H) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and ITT clause no. 30.3, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
